RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

It is our utmost attempt to provide you with exemplary products creating the best experience intended at the time of your purchase.
However, in the uneventful scenario that you need to return our products, returns shall be governed by the following policies:

1. Due to our quality, purity and hygiene commitments and standards, for goods once sold or delivery accepted, we shall not be able to accept return or exchange of open, missing contents or damaged products.
All products once purchased / delivered are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with quality, contents or condition of (a) product(s), you can simply write to us at feedback@khadiessentials.com within 24 hours of purchase or delivery to initiate return or exchange. Goods shall be eligible for return/exchange only within 3 days from the date of purchase/ delivery. Please note that exchange/ return/ refund cannot be done partly for any order and value of products for exchange should be equal to or more than the products already purchased.

2. Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to verification and validation by Khadi Essentials.

3. Shipping charges, being non-refundable in nature, would not be included in the refund value of your order.

4. Once your return/refund request has been accepted, the process shall be completed within 7-21 business days.

5. Our products contain active natural extracts and ingredients and damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy. This also does not cover repercussions arising out of specific sensitivities towards a product/ ingredient and you are advised to do patch test as cautioned in every product.
