Next, you will be taken to a screen with information about the app and it’s usage.
After clicking next on these screens, you’ll have to register yourself on the app. Clicking the Register Now button would lead you to the terms of usage after which you’ll have to set your location preference to always on and turn on the bluetooth on your device. Once you agree to the terms and conditions, input your mobile number on the next screen.
Following this, answer a series of questions for the tool to asses your health.
Once you’re through with the check, the app details how you can prevent from contracting the disease. It also teaches how to practise social distancing.
When you set the bluetooth and location of your device to ON, the app tracks your whereabouts and ensures your safety. It sends an alert if your device is in proximity of a COVID infected patient.
This is a wonderful initiative taken up by our government. We encourage everyone to download this application. Stay home and stay safe!
